It looks like Lynnwood Transportation Benefit District’s Proposition 1 measure is going down to defeat.
The latest numbers from Saturday show the No vote garnering 52.74 percent (3,860) over the Yes vote of 47.26 percent (3,459). The current margin of 401 votes has increased from 102 votes on election night.
Proposition 1 would authorize a 2/10 of percent increase in the sales tax to fund transportation improvements.
